2013 Flashback

It's 2014 already?! I can't believe it. 2013 seemed to have flew by so quickly.
An empty train, what a great way to start off my 2014, nobody wants to be my friend. *Cries* However, I do like it when the train is empty. I hate crowds, or just people in general. Haha.
Look at the amount of red packets I've collected during Chinese New Year 2013. This is the time of year where I just wish that I have countless of relatives.
Then we have Valentine's Day. And since I don't have a boyfriend, *cries again*, I formed this heart for myself. Who needs a boyfriend anyway. *Saying it with lots of sass* Haha.

April was one of the best months ever! I went on an 8-day trip with my secondary school friends to Taiwan.
Group photo when we've just reached the train station.
Our first stop was the zoo in Kaohsiung. Just look at how intense the fight was, the one on the right was about to fly off!
A five-storey McDonald's. What?!
Theme park. Carousel. Childhood memories. It was filled with young children and on the second floor, there's the four of us. Deep down, we're a child at heart. Don't judge.
The ever so famous bullet train of Taiwan. I think that's the closest I can get to feeling like I'm in the UK. Trains in Singapore do not look like that at all, both inside and out.
Making myself at home on the train.
The most exciting part, the Hello Kitty restaurant!
One of the tourist attractions, Jiu Fen. I like how everybody is just staring at the incoming train.
Waterfall. The view was magnificent. Its a pity that I did not manage to take any photos, the water was splashing everywhere, I didn't want to destroy my camera. But the climb up the hill/mountain was very worth it.
The Modern Toilet restaurant. Would you dare to eat food that is served in a toilet bowl?

Even the dessert looks like sh**. Haha.

A few days after I came back from Taiwan, I started my first semester of school. Oh what fun. And in August, I went to Taiwan again. This time, with my polytechnic friends.
I've established that this tea house is one of my favourite hang out place in Taiwan. Its just so peaceful and relaxing. I'm pretty sure we've spent a whole two hours there.
This is the third time in my life taking a cable car and its the scariest one. Not because of the height, but because of the strong winds. It felt as if the cable car would be blown away anytime.
It was very windy at the top, as you can see from our hair. This is like a photoshoot isn't it? With wind blowing to make our hair fly.
And once again, the Hello Kitty restaurant. I just love it so much. If you ever visit the restaurant, do try their seafood baked rice because I love it. They were very generous with the cheese.
Winter wonderland in a hot country. Felt so surreal.
Another group photo. I love my friends so much!!! <3

When I came back from my trip, the inevitable happened, school. But it was my internship period so I've had lots of fun. And when you are having lots of fun, time flies. Soon it was Christmas. Christmas is one of my favourite holidays ever because everybody is just so happy and lovely.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Here's wishing everybody an awesome 2014!!! :)
